Eco Dyed Scarf with Maple Leaves

The thing I love about eco dyeing scarves is you never know what you are going to get!  This one came out beautifully!  The 100% habotai silk has such a soft shine and feel and lends itself beautifully to eco dyeing!  Using maple leaves that was slightly dry I was able to obtain a speckled pattern of the leaves, reminiscent of watercolor.  The leaves  and seeds of eucalyptus show a slight orange of the berries show up beautifully.  The scarf measures 53” L x 8” W
