Felted Purse with Blue Flowers

Description

This gorgeous purse is made with slate grey merino wool that was wet felted to create a strong, yet lightweight fabric.  The piece was made on a resist which allows it to be made with no seams.  Hand dyed silk fabric was added during the felting process in the shape of abstract flowers.  A beautiful handmade button ties it all together!  The closure and straps are leather.  There is also a small pocket inside the bag.  The size of the bag is 12” w x 13” T and the straps are 17” long.
